SOUTH CHINA SEA - SOUTH CHINA SEA (Nov. 15, 2018) – The Military Sealift Command’s expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Fall River (T-EPF 4), right, submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39), left, and the Royal Brunei Navy Darussalam-class patrol vessels KDB Darulaman (OPV 08) and KDB Berkat (ISV 18) sails in formation during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2018. CARAT Brunei 2018 marks the 24th iteration of the maritime exercise series and reflects the growing relationship between the U.S. and Royal Brunei Navy to further expand bilateral and multilateral exercises in cooperatively ensuring maritime security, stability and prosperity.
