COMLOGWESTPAC/CTF-73 COMMAND RELIGIOUS PROGRAM

 

MISSION

The mission of the Command Religious Program is to support all US military personnel, DOD, State Department, and Foreign Military Communities in Singapore by supporting spiritual readiness opportunities to meet spiritual and religious needs.

 

RELIGIOUS MINISTRY LINES OF EFFORT

 

Ø   PROMOTE SPIRITUAL READINESS: Connect the importance of faith-based needs and spirituality to personal readiness.

Ø  DEVELOP PERSONAL SKILLS: Active listening, counseling, and engagement to increase resiliency, mental toughness, and personal development.

Ø  REFINE POSITIVE LEADERSHIP: Identify and minimize intention-behavior gaps and reduce the disparity between rewards and threats in collaboration efforts.

Ø  GROW THE PERSPECTIVE: Participate in religious culture events and key leader engagements to foster relationships with partners and allies.

 

COMMUNITY RELATIONS PROJECTS

As a part of the Navy’s Theater Security Initiative and in an effort to promote goodwill between American service members and Singapore, COMLOG WESTPAC coordinates and supervises Community Relations Projects with a host of organizations across the island.
