HAMMERNESODDEN, NORWAY (Feb. 12, 2022) – USNS Sisler (T-AKR 311) arrives in Hammernesodden, Norway, to offload vehicles and cargo as part of Exercise Cold Response 22.  The Norwegian-led exercise enhances interoperability among II Marine Expeditionary Force and participating NATO allies’ and partners’ militaries.  As part of Maritime Prepositioning Ships Squadron 2, Sisler strategically places containerized and palletized cargo throughout the globe for all U.S. Armed Services, including the U.S. Marine Corps.
