N3 - Operations, Plans & Policy
The Operations, Plans and Policy Directorate of
COMLOG WESTPAC, is responsible for the planning and execution of logistic
support for all U.S. Naval Forces operating in the 7th Fleet area of
operations.
Additionally, it acts as the exercise
coordinator for CLWP, CTF 73, and CTF 712 during multi-national and
bilateral exercises in the 7th Fleet Southeast Asia area. This includes the
annual Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) bilateral exercise
series between the armed forces of the U.S. and Bangladesh,
Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
